What you will do

  • Generate qualified sales meetings for senior sales representatives.
  • Conduct cold and warm sales calls to prospect new business.
  • Perform prospecting on LinkedIn using Sales Navigator and identify client needs.
  • Attend networking events and conferences to build a pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to set up accounts for success.
  • Maintain meticulous tracking of all prospecting activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field.
  • 1+ year of recent experience as an SDR or BDR in the B2B space.
  • 1+ year of experience working within a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach.io.
  • Expertise in managing sales pipelines using Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Strong understanding of API-based workflows.
  • Prior experience in B2B FinTech.
  • Experience working in a hypergrowth startup environment.
