Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote-eligible or office-based in San Jose, CA or Draper, UT)

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including self-sourcing up to 50% of the pipeline through high-tenacity outbound prospecting.
  • Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to align hirify.global's suite of solutions with specific business goals and pain points.
  • Lead professional, executive-level demonstrations via web conferencing to showcase how technology unlocks scale.
  • Maintain high CRM hygiene in Salesforce to ensure predictable revenue forecasting and visibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in SMB to Mid-Market or high-velocity environments.
  • Proven track record of quota over-performance.
  • Proficiency with modern sales stacks including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn.
  • Confident, professional presence with the ability to handle complex objections and explain technical concepts simply.
  • Work authorization and residency in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience.
