What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including self-sourcing up to 50% of the pipeline through high-tenacity outbound prospecting.
- Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to align 's suite of solutions with specific business goals and pain points.
- Lead professional, executive-level demonstrations via web conferencing to showcase how technology unlocks scale.
- Maintain high CRM hygiene in Salesforce to ensure predictable revenue forecasting and visibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in SMB to Mid-Market or high-velocity environments.
- Proven track record of quota over-performance.
- Proficiency with modern sales stacks including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn.
- Confident, professional presence with the ability to handle complex objections and explain technical concepts simply.
- Work authorization and residency in the United States.
