What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders regarding cloud contact center solutions.
• Design and deliver end-to-end solutions, including discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and technical documentation.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to define scalable and efficient architectures.
• Configure and customize IVR, routing strategies, automation, and third-party integrations.
• Lead implementation, deployment, and upgrade activities for contact center platforms.
• Support go-live activities and ensure a smooth transition to production environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise contact center platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Talkdesk, specifically Talkdesk Studio, IVR flows, and routing.
• Proven skills in Genesys Cloud CX development, implementation, and support.
• Experience with integrations involving APIs and CRM systems like Salesforce or Zendesk.
• Solid understanding of SIP, VoIP, SBCs, and call routing principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
