Location: Remote - Must be based in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario, Canada

What you will do

  • Support customers in the adoption and implementation of Amazon Connect solutions.
  • Conduct technology assessments and audits to identify ROI and productivity improvements for CCaaS platforms.
  • Facilitate business process reviews and translate high-level goals into structured user stories.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to manage expectations and project priorities.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to review designs and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Deliver end-user training and comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario, Canada.
  • Extensive experience in customer-facing contact center roles and cloud architecture.
  • Proficiency in hands-on scripting/coding (Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js).
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services, including CloudFormation, Lambda, Lex, and Contact Flow Design.
  • Experience with API integrations, WebRTC, and SIP protocols.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and contact center platforms like Genesys, Cisco, or Avaya.
  • Relevant AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Developer Associate/Professional, or Solution Architect).

Nice to have

  • Experience with WFM solutions and outbound dialer campaign management.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
  • Background in technology sales or pre-sales consulting.
