What you will do
- Support customers in the adoption and implementation of Amazon Connect solutions.
- Conduct technology assessments and audits to identify ROI and productivity improvements for CCaaS platforms.
- Facilitate business process reviews and translate high-level goals into structured user stories.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to manage expectations and project priorities.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to review designs and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Deliver end-user training and comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions.
Requirements
- Must be based in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario, Canada.
- Extensive experience in customer-facing contact center roles and cloud architecture.
- Proficiency in hands-on scripting/coding (Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js).
- Strong knowledge of AWS services, including CloudFormation, Lambda, Lex, and Contact Flow Design.
- Experience with API integrations, WebRTC, and SIP protocols.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and contact center platforms like Genesys, Cisco, or Avaya.
- Relevant AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Developer Associate/Professional, or Solution Architect).
Nice to have
- Experience with WFM solutions and outbound dialer campaign management.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
- Background in technology sales or pre-sales consulting.
