What you will do

• Collaborate with Key Account Management teams to drive sales of the hirify.global Platform.
• Own technical aspects of sales pitches, RFPs, and solution architecture meetings.
• Validate business pain points and assist in confirming champions and economic buyers.
• Work with product and tech teams to understand configurations and integration processes.
• Provide customer feedback to product managers to drive roadmap enhancements.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a sales engineer or solution consultant with a track record in technical product sales.
• English proficiency required plus at least one of: German, Italian, or Spanish.
• Strong interest in technology and APIs with the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to prioritize work and deliver impact.
• Customer-focused approach with a passion for building long-term relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience in food retail and grocery sectors.
• Design skills for creating sales materials and diagrams.
