Salary: $157,000 - $224,400 USD

What you will do

• Manage and prioritize work for the electrical engineering team and subject matter experts.
• Lead electrical infrastructure design for capital projects and strategic technical programs.
• Develop and maintain electrical design standards and specifications.
• Provide engineering support for operations, including technology upgrades and root cause analysis.
• Engage and manage external engineering firms for project delivery.
• Mentor and develop internal talent, including training on best practices and FEL tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering/Science (Electrical Engineering) from an accredited institution.
• 15–20 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with MV and HV systems, including switchgear, transformers, and protective relaying.
• Proven ability to manage technical teams and multiple concurrent projects.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management across all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the United States.
• Six Sigma certification (minimum Green Belt).
• Experience with project execution lifecycles (concept design, construction, commissioning).
• Technical due diligence experience for equipment sourcing from low-cost countries.
