What you will do

• Lead the operational accounting function, including monthly/quarterly close, GL integrity, and sub-ledger architecture.
• Drive the end-to-end ERP migration from Xero to a more scalable platform (e.g., NetSuite, Rillet, or Everest).
• Manage and develop the accounting team, including hiring and mentoring managers.
• Operationalize technical accounting standards such as ASC 718, 606, 842, 340, and 805 within the systems.
• Lead the operational delivery of the company's first-ever audit and establish the PBC process.
• Design and implement a SOX control environment from scratch in preparation for IPO.

Requirements

• 12+ years of accounting experience, with 6+ years in a senior operating role at a high-growth company.
• Proven experience leading a company through its first-ever audit and an end-to-end ERP migration.
• Deep operational fluency in ASC 718, 606, and 842.
• Experience designing and standing up SOX controls from scratch.
• Demonstrable AI-native practice integrated into daily accounting workflows.
• Experience managing managers and leading senior accounting professionals.
