Financial Analyst I (FP&A)

Salary: $68,000 – $75,000 USD

What you will do

• Support the monthly financial reporting process, including management reports and dashboards.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles, managing data collection and model updates.
• Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) to provide key business insights.
• Consolidate and validate data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based models and analysis tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting process automation and data quality through AI tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internship experience is acceptable).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Basic understanding of financial statements and key metrics.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Exposure to financial planning, budgeting, or reporting.
• Experience with Power BI or ERP systems.
