TL;DR

Financial Analyst (FP&A): Providing broad-based financial support across Corporate FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Operations Finance with an accent on planning, forecasting, and decision support. Focus on developing financial presentations for executive leadership and supporting Danaher Business System implementation and Kaizen initiatives.

Location: Must be based in Irvine, CA, United States

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 plus benefits

What you will do

  • Partner across Corporate FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Operations Finance to provide analytical decision support.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and reporting processes.
  • Build financial presentations and supporting materials for senior management and executive leadership.
  • Perform financial analysis on projects and business cases to support decision making.
  • Prepare variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support annual operating plans, budget, and long-range planning activities across assigned areas.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of related finance, FP&A, accounting, or analytical experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint presentation and storytelling abilities.
  • Understanding of core accounting and finance concepts.
  • Must be based in Irvine, CA, United States
