What you will do

• Manage complex budgets and forecasts within the Strategic Expense Management organization.
• Develop partnerships across Finance, Operations, and Procurement to support strategic leadership.
• Create analytics, presentations, and visuals to communicate financial results, opportunities, and risks.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analytics, including pro-forma analyses, cost-benefit analyses, and unit cost modeling.
• Ensure forecasts and targets align with business strategies and organizational KPIs.
• Deliver timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analytics.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with financial tools and software.
• Location: Must be based in Springfield or Boston, Massachusetts.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in budgeting and financial modeling.
• Professional experience in the financial services or insurance industry.
