What you will do

• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and strategic planning.
• Analyze financial results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare weekly reports and present financial insights to the executive leadership team.
• Support budgeting and variance analysis across various departments.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Execute scenario planning and ad hoc financial analysis projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with financial systems (ERP).
• Strong ability to synthesize complex data into clear, concise insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Experience with Costpoint or Cognos.
• CFA certification.
