What you will do

• Set the strategic direction and growth plan for the Real Estate practice.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of fee-earners and support staff.
• Build and nurture strategic, high-value client relationships to expand the portfolio.
• Oversee complex real estate transactions including acquisitions, leases, and development projects.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver integrated property and commercial solutions.
• Manage budgets, resourcing, and financial objectives to ensure sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in Manchester, UK or able to work from the Manchester office.
• Extensive senior-level experience across the full spectrum of real estate law.
• Proven track record of managing complex transactions and high-value matters.
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in client acquisition and business development.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Technical excellence in legal output and a reputation for high-quality client care.
