What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of sales and supply-side contracts, including customer and vendor agreements.
• Provide creative and proactive legal guidance to business teams on strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with the EU Legal and Data Ethics team to support general corporate and compliance activities.
• Monitor and analyze case law, legislation, and regulatory guidance relevant to the AdTech and MarTech industries.
• Support international markets including the UK, Continental Europe, APAC, LATAM, and MENA.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• General commercial experience gained within both a law firm and in-house environments.
• Strong knowledge of global data protection, AI, and commercial laws.
• Deep interest in the AdTech and MarTech industry with understanding of software technologies and privacy regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively under pressure and prioritize issues effectively in a dynamic environment.
