What you will do

• Collaborate with sales teams to track and drive quarterly and yearly renewal closures.
• Prepare and manage quotes and contracts within CRM and ERP systems to trigger invoicing.
• Provide first-level advisory support to sales and customers regarding license agreement changes.
• Maintain high standards of system and customer data quality.
• Manage customer requests and inquiries related to contract data and invoicing.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Professional experience in customer service, sales operations, or e-commerce.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically MS Excel.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong time and project management skills.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
