TL;DR

Membership Executive (Inside Sales): Managing the China market to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction through upselling and upgrades with an accent on data-driven targeting and value perception. Focus on driving sustainability improvements, hosting webinars for customer groups, and optimizing internal sales processes.

Location: Hong Kong - Hybrid (8 days a month from the office)

What you will do

  • Manage the China market to drive revenue growth through proactive upselling and account upgrades.
  • Develop and host webinars to improve value perception and generate leads across the hirify.global network.
  • Coordinate with frontline teams to identify sales opportunities and communicate regional initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and account data to produce technical reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with global colleagues to share success stories and best practices.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation to increase team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Business Development or SDR.
  • Proven track record in inside sales or upselling with a proactive outreach approach.
  • Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Must be based in Hong Kong.
  • Ability to interpret data to drive targeted customer actions.

  • Experience in digital marketing.
  • Comfort presenting to large groups.
