What you will do
- Collaborate with sales representatives to support daily inside sales activities and ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage and maintain CRM records to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze market data to identify trends and actionable insights for sales strategies.
- Handle invoicing and contract renewals to ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure proper revenue recognition and project tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work in a cross-country environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Nice to have
- Experience with Excel, Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI, ZoomInfo, and Python.
- Analytical mindset with strong numerical skills.
