What you will do
- Drive demand creation and execute global business strategies for assigned key accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders to secure design-in partnerships.
- Tailor value propositions to position the company as the primary choice for customer portfolios.
- Identify decision-makers and navigate complex customer hierarchies to improve market position.
- Consolidate market insights and customer requirements into actionable Customer Business Plans.
- Conduct regular technical workshops and ensure high service levels for quality and reliability.
Requirements
- University degree in electrical engineering or business studies with strong technical affinity.
- Minimum 5 years of Sales & Marketing experience, preferably in the industrial or semiconductor sector.
- Fluent English and French required for communication and negotiation.
- Proven expertise in managing cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently for customer engagements.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and customer success.
