Location: Must be based in the United States (Virtual Office UT)

What you will do
- Manage and grow strategic relationships with key accounts and third-party distributors.
- Lead and mentor a team of Field Sales Engineers and Field Application Engineers.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive wins and roadmap changes.
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure high standards of customer service.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate sales team performance to meet organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal Business Units to resolve technical concerns and meet schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent.
- Proven experience in semiconductor product sales.
- Strong track record of building credibility with executives and managers.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and data presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to travel as required for the role.

- Experience directly leading and hiring sales professionals.
- Deep knowledge of the Northwest territory and customer base.
