Salary: $105,000 — $165,000 USD + Variable Compensation

What you will do
- Develop tailored ITSM and EX strategies for Higher Education clients to optimize productivity and engagement.
- Manage relationships with diverse decision-makers, including administrators, IT leaders, and HR departments.
- Build and execute a robust sales pipeline tailored to medium-to-long sales cycles in the education sector.
- Create and present compelling value propositions aligned with institutional goals and budgets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success teams for seamless client onboarding.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of success in SaaS enterprise sales.
- Strong experience in ITSM and EX solution selling.
- Advanced knowledge of SaaS platforms and their impact on institutional efficiency.
- Mastery in solution selling and pipeline management.
- Experience selling to Higher Education institutions is a strong plus.
