What you will do

• Partner with Account Managers to develop strategic account plans and multi-year security transformation roadmaps.
• Lead architecture discussions across cloud, identity, endpoint, network, and security operations platforms.
• Design integrations between hirify.global solutions and customer environments like M365, Google Workspace, and SIEM.
• Facilitate alignment across IT, security teams, and executive leadership to translate technical risks into business outcomes.
• Lead POCs and production evaluations, defining success metrics and measuring impact.
• Create sales enablement content, playbooks, and training for internal teams and partners.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as an Account SE, Solutions Architect, or senior pre-sales engineer supporting enterprise customers.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders including CISOs and CIOs.
• Hands-on experience in security domains such as email security, threat protection, data security, or cloud security.
• Strong background in designing enterprise architectures across cloud, infrastructure, and modern workplace domains.
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
• Professional proficiency in Japanese and English.
