What you will do

  • Lead with curiosity to understand complex customer business problems and provide tailored security solutions.
  • Advise CISO-level executives using industry insights and build long-term strategic relationships.
  • Develop and close business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
  • Align with the partner ecosystem to optimize market opportunities and expand reach.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and provide expert-level forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure strategy alignment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of closing experience in the cloud or cybersecurity space.
  • Must have the legal right to work in Japan without visa sponsorship.
  • Proven track record of selling in a competitive market and managing a hunting-focused pipeline.
  • Experience working in a hypergrowth or startup organization.
  • Consultative and professional approach to customer engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities across various stages of the sales cycle.
