What you will do
- Lead with curiosity to understand complex customer business problems and provide tailored security solutions.
- Advise CISO-level executives using industry insights and build long-term strategic relationships.
- Develop and close business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
- Align with the partner ecosystem to optimize market opportunities and expand reach.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and provide expert-level forecasting.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure strategy alignment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of closing experience in the cloud or cybersecurity space.
- Must have the legal right to work in Japan without visa sponsorship.
- Proven track record of selling in a competitive market and managing a hunting-focused pipeline.
- Experience working in a hypergrowth or startup organization.
- Consultative and professional approach to customer engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities across various stages of the sales cycle.
