Senior FP&A Manager (Finance)

What you will do

• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), long-range planning, and rolling forecast processes to align strategic priorities with resource allocation.
• Manage company-wide cash flow budgeting, liquidity planning, and long-term financial projections.
• Develop integrated financial models covering P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and key SaaS operating metrics.
• Execute scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessments for executive leadership.
• Collaborate with FinOps, Revenue Operations, and GTM teams to improve revenue-to-cash visibility and predictability.
• Report on critical SaaS metrics including NRR, Gross Retention, CAC, Rule of 40, and Free Cash Flow.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance.
• Background in high-growth private SaaS companies, preferably with $100M+ ARR.
• Deep expertise in cash flow forecasting, balance sheet planning, and liquidity management.
• Proven ability to build complex financial models and prepare Board-level presentations.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or able to commute to San Jose, CA for a minimum of 2 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial planning systems such as Planful, Anaplan, or Adaptive Planning.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools (e.g., Claude Code) for FP&A use cases.
