What you will do

• Partner with Global Technology and Professional Services teams to report monthly, quarterly, and annual results against budgets.
• Track and monitor key KPIs within the technology and professional services organizations.
• Own the budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate alignment of headcount and cost centers across the supported organizations.
• Create data-driven content for internal and external presentations to the Board of Directors.
• Drive continuous improvements to streamline monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of FP&A experience, ideally within the software or technology industry.
• Proven experience in business partnering across R&D, Professional Services, or Technology organizations.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for complex analytical tasks.
• Experience with financial systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or NetSuite.
• Ability to work effectively in a global environment across US, Europe, and Asia.
