TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 (Base); OTE: $85,000 - $115,000

What you will do

  • Prospect into target accounts using calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify key decision-makers and book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to refine messaging and outbound strategies.
  • Maintain accurate account and prospect data in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to share customer insights and market feedback.
  • Bring a builder mindset to experiment with and improve outbound processes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 1 to 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or outbound prospecting.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn through experimentation.

Nice to have

  • Experience in an early-stage startup or scaleup environment.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Amplemarket, Trellus, or ZoomInfo.
  • Experience prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Experience selling into retail, healthcare, or travel industries.
