What you will do
- Lead technical sales efforts and conduct discovery on customer business objectives and technical architecture.
- Customize and deliver presentations, demos, and proof of concept trials to demonstrate ROI.
- Position Delphix solutions to accelerate software delivery, cloud adoption, and AI technology integration.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams including Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Success.
- Educate customers on value propositions and assist in quantifying technical and business impact.
- Collaborate with customers to improve deployment pipelines and implement DevOps best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal & written).
- Must be based in Argentina or Chile.
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, CICD, TDM, Cloud, or Database technologies.
- 5+ years of experience in software technology sales, technical consulting, or solution design.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time (primarily regional).
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive and technical leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps tools like Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, or Ansible.
- Familiarity with software frameworks such as TOGAF or ITIL.
