What you will do

• Support field sales by demonstrating the value of the API and connectivity management platform.
• Manage trusted client relationships throughout the entire sales lifecycle from review to production.
• Lead and support Proof of Concepts (PoCs) during the evaluation process.
• Coordinate with internal support, product, and engineering teams to address customer needs.
• Create technical documentation for DevOps, implementations, and service engagements.
• Contribute to marketing efforts by creating blogs, webinars, and participating in industry events.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or sales engineering management within SaaS, Open Source, or Enterprise Software.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing trends and open source business models.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead discussions with Product Managers, Engineers, and Executives.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and other cloud-native platforms.
• Experience with APIs, CI/CD automation frameworks, and AI/LLM technologies.
