What you will do

• Manage complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for the Global Editorial Director and Executive Editor.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication with job candidates.

• Organize internal office events and assist with special projects, including award entries and public-facing events.
• Perform administrative tasks such as budget tracking and basic copy editing.

Requirements
