What you will do

• Develop and troubleshoot electronic hardware for engine and machine systems.
• Perform circuit analysis, simulation, and schematic design reviews.
• Partner with suppliers to manage manufacturing processes and quality.
• Lead technical delivery and provide mentorship to team members.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform requirements are met.
• Manage platform lifecycle, including obsolescence and field issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10 years of experience in electronics or hardware design.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (Visa sponsorship not available).
• Must work onsite five days a week in Chillicothe, IL.
• Proficiency in board-level circuit design (analog, digital, power supply).
• Experience with LTSpice, EMC testing, and communication protocols like CAN/Ethernet.
