What you will do

• Design and develop complex digital and analog circuits for cutting-edge applications.
• Create and review schematics, focusing on high-speed interfaces and signal integrity compliance.
• Implement embedded computer system designs and integrate microprocessors and FPGAs.
• Collaborate with PCB layout engineers to define stack-ups, impedance control, and manufacturability.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers to foster professional growth.
• Lead cross-functional hardware projects, coordinating with firmware, software, and mechanical teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in hardware design, specifically in digital and analog circuits.
• Proven expertise in high-speed interface design (PCIe, DDR, USB, Ethernet) and signal integrity analysis.
• Extensive knowledge of embedded computer systems and peripheral integration.
• Proficiency in schematic entry tools such as Cadence/Allegro, Altium Designer, or OrCAD.
• Experience with DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFT (Design for Testability) principles.
• Must be based in North Reading, MA, US
