What you will do

• Design and develop embedded software for real-time systems using modern theory and proven techniques.
• Evaluate design trades, analyze performance, and execute software tests to ensure requirement compliance.
• Drive solutions to complex technical problems and contribute to requirements development and architecture.
• Identify system-level technical risks and execute mitigation strategies.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Prepare technical documentation, procedures, and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• 10-15 years of experience in Software Engineering or related fields.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (Secret preferred).
• Expertise in C/C++ and Rust for real-time systems.
• Strong knowledge of OS coding techniques, IP protocols, and hardware interfaces.
• Experience with UML/SysML and laboratory test equipment like JTAG debuggers.
