What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end global quota process, designing data-informed targets for territory and rep levels.
  • Build and maintain models for quota methodology, capacity planning, and revenue forecasting.
  • Partner with Finance, RevOps, and Sales Leadership to align plans with annual and quarterly business targets.
  • Collaborate with Compensation teams to ensure goaling and incentive plans are perfectly aligned.
  • Manage headcount across the broader Sales and Success organization to ensure optimal staffing.
  • Translate sales bookings and ARR projections into reliable outputs for Finance.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS sales organization.
  • Strong command of SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets for complex modeling.
  • Proven ability to build scalable processes and systems for global teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for partnering with Sales, Finance, and Operations.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and balance strategy with execution.
