What you will do

• Review and investigate chargeback claims to maximize dispute win rates.
• Monitor transaction trends to identify root causes of fraud and chargebacks.
• Implement and tune fraud detection strategies and liaise with third-party vendors.
• Ensure compliance with card network rules and acquiring bank requirements.
• Partner with internal teams to establish best practices for payment processing.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist with payment reconciliations.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in dispute processing, financial operations, or fraud prevention.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Cottonwood Heights, Utah.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Analytics.
