What you will do

• Manage bookkeeping accuracy, post journal entries, and support month-end close processes.
• Automate revenue data extraction using BigQuery and import results into QuickBooks Online.
• Perform weekly cash reconciliations across all entities and monitor liquidity positions.
• Process vendor invoices through Bill.com and categorize expenses in Ramp.
• Manage merchant invoicing, payment queries, and settlement discrepancies.
• Support compliance and regulatory efforts, including KYB documentation and MTL applications.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or operations, preferably in fintech or startups.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in New York City, NY.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets; SQL or BigQuery experience is a plus.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with QBO, Bill.com, or Ramp.
• Strong interest in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
