Focus on ensuring smooth day-to-day shop operations, maintaining procurement compliance, and providing logistical support in a fast-paced production environment.

Location: Must be based in Miami, Florida. This position is required to be performed full-time from an hirify.global-designated worksite.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end purchasing workflows, including vendor onboarding, quote comparison, and purchase order creation.
• Handle financial reconciliation for credit cards and invoice payments while ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
• Coordinate logistics for shipments and track deliveries to the Scenic Shop.
• Support office operations, including new employee onboarding and facility maintenance coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve purchasing discrepancies and ensure project alignment.
• Assist the Scenic Operations leadership with special projects and general administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience in operations, purchasing, finance, or administrative support.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and oral).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Must be willing to work in Miami, Florida.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to work overtime or weekends as needed.
• Must be on call 24/7.

• Prior experience in production, fabrication, or entertainment environments.
• Experience with SAP/APEX and SNAP procurement systems.
