What you will do
- Manage the software development lifecycle for new insurance features and products.
- Collaborate with Insurance, Operations, and Underwriting teams to build and execute a product roadmap.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth product launches with internal and external stakeholders.
- Own end-to-end delivery of features, including UI/UX, workflows, and rating logic.
- Coordinate with vendors to implement and support insurance product changes.
- Drive enhancements to underwriting rules and risk assessment definitions.
Requirements
- 3β7 years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS company.
- Proven track record of managing internal and external relationships and leading change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across business, operations, and engineering teams.
- Strong project management skills with experience driving projects through completion.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
