Salary: $135,000–$170,000

What you will do

• Manage the software development lifecycle for new insurance features and products.
• Collaborate with Insurance, Operations, and Underwriting teams to build and execute a product roadmap.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth product launches with internal and external stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end delivery of features, including UI/UX, workflows, and rating logic.
• Coordinate with vendors to implement and support insurance product changes.
• Drive enhancements to underwriting rules and risk assessment definitions.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS company.
• Proven track record of managing internal and external relationships and leading change management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across business, operations, and engineering teams.
• Strong project management skills with experience driving projects through completion.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Familiarity with insurance and/or underwriting systems.
