What you will do

• Define and maintain the North American technology product strategy aligned with the global ClaimPilot transformation roadmap.
• Own multi-year product roadmaps for platforms, tools, analytics, and client interfaces.
• Lead the consolidation of legacy claims systems into the unified ClaimPilot platform to reduce duplication.
• Establish product governance and OKR frameworks to ensure transparent and prioritized value delivery.
• Partner with business unit leaders and engineering teams to translate regional needs into global platform enhancements.
• Drive the adoption of shared services and track migration performance and operational efficiency metrics.

Requirements

• Senior product leadership experience managing operational technology systems.
• Proven background in insurance, TPA, or adjacent financial services environments.
• Expertise in platform consolidation, product lifecycle management, and agile delivery.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong experience in executive communication and navigating complex, federated organizational structures.
• Ability to deliver modernization across complex technology landscapes using data-driven decision-making.
