Salary: $170,000 – $258,000

What you will do

• Establish strategic vision and implement business plans to meet profit and growth targets across a portfolio of states.
• Manage P&L ownership for complex states and oversee the launching of new state markets.
• Manage, mentor, and develop state managers and other staff.
• Prioritize state insurance product initiatives and manage the allocation of team resources.
• Monitor market conditions, legislation, and regulatory environments to identify emerging threats and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business leaders across Product, Technology, Finance, and Legal units.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional experience in insurance performance, product management, actuarial, or underwriting.
• 5-7 years of experience leading direct reports or matrixed project teams.
• Substantial knowledge of personal auto insurance, coverage, underwriting, and the insurance regulatory system.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Must not require visa sponsorship for this position.
