What you will do

• Collaborate with Account Executives to map and penetrate target accounts across the Israeli market.
• Execute outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to secure qualified meetings.
• Screen and qualify inbound marketing leads based on BANT criteria.
• Conduct discovery calls to identify customer pain points, technical requirements, and budget.
• Represent the company at tech events and manage on-site follow-ups.
• Gather market intelligence and competitive insights to share with Product and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Hebrew (written and verbal) required.
• Must be authorized to work in Israel.
• 2+ years of SDR/BDR experience in cloud, B2B SaaS, or AI.
• Proven track record of targeting the Israeli market.
• Strong understanding of GDPR and local data-privacy regulations.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office model in Tel Aviv.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
• Experience with sales engagement tools like Outreach.
