TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (Software): Leading initial outreach to target accounts and generating qualified opportunities for the sales organization with an accent on inbound lead flow and outbound prospecting. Focus on conducting high-level discovery conversations, account research, and multi-channel engagement.
Location: Hybrid in Ra-anana, Israel (in office 3 times per week)

What you will do
- Manage inbound lead flow and execute strategic outbound prospecting initiatives.
- Conduct high-level discovery conversations with target accounts to qualify opportunities.
- Collaborate with Field and Digital Marketing teams to develop targeted lists and drive event attendance.
- Research accounts and identify key players to create compelling engagement events.
- Track and report all sales activities and results using Salesforce and Salesloft.
- Mentor new SDR/BDR hires in navigating their assigned key accounts.
Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience in a professional environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and Salesloft (or similar sales engagement tools).
- Strong phone, listening, and writing skills with a determined personality.
- Knowledge of business processes, roles, and organizational structures.
- Must be able to work from the Ra-anana office 3 times per week.

- Previous experience in the tech industry.
- Background in sales development, marketing, or sales.
- Proven experience in outbound prospecting.
