Location: Foster City, CA (Hybrid — in-office requirement Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). Based in or able to relocate to San Francisco Bay Area.

Salary: $115K–$170K base + equity

What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s social voice, content pillars, and end-to-end channel strategy across X/Twitter, Meta, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
• Execute product and multi-week social arcs with clear goals and measurable outputs.
• Drive engagement by managing replies, quote tweets, and relationships with major accounts, builders, and media.
• Create high-performing content including posts, threads, memes, explainers, and short-form video.
• Track and improve performance weekly using metrics like impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, clickthrough, and sentiment.
• Monitor AI narratives and respond quickly to FUD/misinformation while coordinating internally on sensitive topics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of social media experience in a high-growth B2C or beloved consumer tech company, with a track record of growing accounts from early stage.
• AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using agentic AI tools to scale workflow; portfolio demonstrating voice, instincts, and results.
• Elite copywriting skills (concise, witty, well-timed) and strong narrative instincts for building angles that sustain over time.
• Deep organic platform fluency across X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Reddit, including organic growth tactics.
• Experience handling rapid response and social media crises with calm, strategic decision-making.
• Based in or able to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area; role requires in-office presence Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
