What you will do

  • Lead the creation and implementation of a robust social media strategy aligned with broader communication and marketing goals.
  • Create and curate engaging on-brand content, including posts, stories, and videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.
  • Own the content calendar, including the scheduling and publishing of all social media content.
  • Foster community engagement by building relationships with target audiences and growing the brand following.
  • Monitor social platforms for crisis management and use social listening to identify brand opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Growth Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a unified brand voice across all channels.
  • Analyze and report on performance using tools like Sprout Social to continuously optimize strategy.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York, NY to support the hybrid work model.
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in social media strategy, content creation, and community management.
  • Experience building content calendars, campaigns, and managing social listening.
  • Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools, specifically Sprout Social.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and deliver creative briefs to design teams.
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific trends and B2B/tech audience dynamics.
