What you will do

• Proactively discover and onboard new content creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Match registered creators with specific campaign goals, audience demographics, and brand guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers.
• Analyze social media trends and platform updates to optimize recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with internal campaign managers, sales, and client success teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor creator engagement and performance metrics to refine sourcing outcomes.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field.
• Must be based in the Los Angeles area.
• Strong understanding of influencer landscapes across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
