What you will do

• Develop and execute GTM strategies to drive awareness and adoption of Postgres managed by hirify.global.
• Craft compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions to differentiate the product.
• Create high-quality marketing collateral including website content, blogs, and presentations.
• Collaborate with product and field teams to gather market insights and understand customer needs.
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform product and marketing strategies.
• Evaluate strategy efficacy using metrics and data-driven feedback.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in product marketing, product, or a technical role.
• Proven experience with Postgres or other OLTP databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Strong leadership skills to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing database, data infrastructure, or developer tools products.
• Familiarity with the Postgres ecosystem.
