Salary: $27.75 - $31.35 per hour.

What you will do

• Manage an accounts receivable portfolio exceeding $8M USD.
• Resolve customer financial disputes and manage credit memo creation.
• Analyze customer accounts to determine appropriate collection methodologies.
• Coordinate customer meetings and maintain accurate collection notes.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and management to mitigate credit risks.
• Provide recommendations on customer terms, payment methods, and credit requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Andover, MA.
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related accounting roles.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
• Experience with multi-currency processing and international payments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or other large ERP systems.
• Background in deduction resolution management.
• Compliance experience within a publicly traded company.
