Strategic Accounts Receivable Specialist (Finance): Managing and resolving accounts receivable for a large portfolio with an accent on dispute resolution, credit analysis, and maintaining customer relationships. Focus on optimizing collection processes, ensuring compliance with financial standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex billing issues.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Andover, MA (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
Salary: $27.75 – $31.35 per hour.

What you will do
- Manage and coordinate an accounts receivable portfolio exceeding $8M USD.
- Resolve customer financial disputes and manage credit memos within established timelines.
- Analyze customer accounts to determine appropriate collection methodologies and credit status.
- Maintain accurate collection notes and data regarding discounts, allowances, and rebates.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and operations to address account risks and order releases.
- Provide recommendations on customer terms, payment methods, and credit requirements.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Andover, MA for a hybrid work schedule.
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related accounting roles.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for professional engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with multi-currency processing and international payment compliance.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP or other large ERP systems.
- Background in deduction resolution management.
- Experience with compliance requirements in a publicly traded company.
