What you will do

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes, ensuring accurate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
• Lead the Accounts Payable function, optimizing vendor setup, payment runs, and Days Payable Outstanding (DPO).
• Coordinate annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes with operational leaders to monitor performance versus plan.
• Forecast weekly cash flow and liquidity requirements, collaborating with Treasury on funding and foreign exchange matters.
• Maintain internal controls and accounting policies in compliance with IFRS and support internal and external audits.
• Provide financial analysis, KPIs, and dashboards to support leadership decision-making and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a Financial Controller, senior accounting, or FP&A role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial statement preparation, and month-end close.
• Experience in an EPC project environment, including WBS structures and revenue recognition.
• Proven leadership experience managing transactional finance or Accounts Payable teams.
• Proficiency in SAP (FI/CO, PS, MM) and advanced Excel skills.

Nice to have

• CPA designation or progress toward obtaining a CPA.
• Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence reporting tools.
