Salary: $90,000–$130,000 per year plus annual performance bonus

What you will do
- Lead technical discovery sessions to define customer objectives and implementation requirements.
- Design and present solution recommendations, demos, and workflow walkthroughs for diverse stakeholders.
- Own end-to-end onboarding execution, from post-sale handoff through to live workflow activation.
- Configure platform integrations and provide hands-on training to agency teams.
- Proactively identify and remove blockers to accelerate time-to-first-value for new customers.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and improve platform scalability.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York, United States.
- Proven experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, or Implementation Consulting.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
- Technical aptitude for learning complex platforms and explaining technical concepts clearly.
Nice to have
- Experience working with enterprise customers or advertising technology platforms.
- Background in digital marketing or agency environments.
