TL;DR

Technical Account Manager (AdTech): Managing the technical onboarding and activation of agency partners on the hirify.global platform with an accent on solution design, workflow configuration, and customer enablement. Focus on accelerating time-to-value, driving platform adoption, and translating complex business requirements into scalable technical workflows.

Location: Must be based in New York, United States

Salary: $90,000–$130,000 per year plus annual performance bonus

What you will do

  • Lead technical discovery sessions to define customer objectives and implementation requirements.
  • Design and present solution recommendations, demos, and workflow walkthroughs for diverse stakeholders.
  • Own end-to-end onboarding execution, from post-sale handoff through to live workflow activation.
  • Configure platform integrations and provide hands-on training to agency teams.
  • Proactively identify and remove blockers to accelerate time-to-first-value for new customers.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and improve platform scalability.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York, United States.
  • Proven experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, or Implementation Consulting.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
  • Technical aptitude for learning complex platforms and explaining technical concepts clearly.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with enterprise customers or advertising technology platforms.
  • Background in digital marketing or agency environments.
