What you will do

• Lead the product roadmap for a cohort of patient-facing tools, aligning with division strategy and regulatory constraints.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from opportunity sizing to post-launch iteration.
• Identify and deliver AI-enabled capabilities such as conversational experiences and workflow automation.
• Ensure all products meet strict security and compliance standards, including HIPAA and PHI handling.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute patient outreach campaigns using voice and multimodal communications.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success to drive product adoption and gather client feedback.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology, data platforms, or analytics.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and analytics tools.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or healthcare-related field.
• Must be able to work onsite in Madison, WI.
