What you will do

• Design and deliver applied AI and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Partner with technology, security, and compliance teams to deploy AI solutions into production.
• Ensure AI models are auditable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Monitor model performance, including latency, cost, and drift, to ensure operational resilience.
• Apply responsible AI principles, including transparency and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Communicate complex AI concepts and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Downers Grove office 4 days per week.
• Strong programming experience in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience delivering generative AI solutions, including LLMs and RAG.
• Understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience operating in regulated or risk-sensitive industries.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic frameworks like Strands Agents.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native AI services such as Amazon Bedrock.
