What you will do

• Develop and maintain AI/ML applications using agent-based workflows and LLM integration.
• Implement and optimize RAG pipelines, including embedding generation and prompt assembly.
• Design orchestration logic, memory management, and tool-use capabilities for AI agents.
• Build and maintain Python-based REST APIs for system integration and data exchange.
• Refine Postgres schemas and data models to ensure application scalability and performance.
• Support full-stack development of production-ready AI services in enterprise environments.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee).
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with required polygraph.
• Willingness to work onsite full time in McLean, VA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience depending on degree level.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML foundational concepts (transformers, algorithms).

Nice to have

• Experience with MCP or similar AI agent protocols.
• Familiarity with FastAPI or Flask frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search.
• Knowledge of Docker and cloud environments like AWS.
