What you will do

• Design and deploy scalable backend systems and data pipelines integrating applied AI capabilities.
• Build high-quality solutions for data ingestion, transformation, and storage for real-time analytics.
• Implement LLM-powered solutions for decision automation, fraud investigation, and process optimization.
• Develop sophisticated prompting strategies and RAG architectures for mission-critical applications.
• Partner with data scientists and product teams to develop microservices and APIs.
• Lead and mentor engineering team members on software development and AI integration best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• In-depth experience in backend or data engineering with large-scale production systems.
• Strong coding skills in Python, Go, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with big data frameworks like Apache Spark or Kafka.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI/ML solutions and LLMs into production.
